Finance Assistant

A well-established Pharmaceutical Company who operates across multiple territories. They are a high performing business once again going through a period of growth and are looking to add a Finance Assistant to their Group Finance Team.

 The successful individual will have experience of working in a busy finance team and have ideally have experience working as a Sales Ledger or within Credit Control.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to build efficient working relationships with non-finance stakeholders within the organisation. It is also key for this individual to balance their time effectively and prioritise set tasks at the appropriate time.


You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Posting & reconciling payments and receipts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Performing credit checks and opening new accounts
  • Management and resolution of key invoicing & credit control issues
  • Producing and checking customer statements
  • Assisting with ad hoc admin duties


To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar type of role
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills (in particular Excel)
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills


Working hours – Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00
